While located in the center of Osaka, it is a quiet neighborhood as it is in a retro town with many old houses that were recently converted into shops such as vintage clothing stores, bars, restaurants and cafes. You can easily go to UMEDA area by walk.
And of course it's easy access to attractions like Osaka Castle,USJ ,Shinsaibashi,KYOTO prefecture for sightseeing and shopping.
Our apartment is 57.76㎡ wide.
It is very clean, neat and modern space.
We have a big living and dining room and have two bed rooms as well.
There are 1 double bed, 2 single bed.
We prepared Pocket Wifi, air-conditioner, laundry-machine, refrigerator, microwave, hairdryer, hotwater-dispenser, some kitchen tools and bath/toiletries amenities.
In addition to that , you can use wide balcony to feel relax especially at night.

1.Please keep your volume down inside and outside the room, especially after 10:00 pm. Making noise and vibration are prohibited.
2.Please turn off the air-conditioner when you leave the room every time.
3.Please do not smoke in the room. If you want to smoke, please go to the balcony at 6 floor as a smoking area.
4.Please clean up after you use the kitchen.
5.Please flush used toilet paper.
6.Check out time is until 11:00 am.
When you check out, put the room key on the table and don't lock the door.We will go there to clean after checking out.
