土足禁止
当施設は、土足禁止になっております。玄関で靴を脱いで上がって下さい。スリッパをご利用下さい。

お部屋での騒音にご注意
当施設は、住宅地で民泊を行っているため、近所の方のご迷惑にならない様ご配慮願います。
ドアの開閉は静かにして下さい。
深夜や早朝の時間帯(20時～翌8時)においては、警察沙汰等トラブルに発展する事もございますので特にご注意下さい。
また当施設ご利用中のお客様同士のトラブルを防ぐため、次の事項にお気をつけ下さい。
・走り回る、飛び跳ねる、ドンドンと音を立てて歩く
・大声での会話、大騒ぎ、パーティーやイベント禁止
・テレビ、音楽等、大音量で聞く
・ボールや物を床や壁に投げる、落とす
皆様が気持ちよくお過ごしいただけるようご協力下さい。

禁煙
室内は禁煙です。
喫煙される方は、玄関を出て左に灰皿を設置してますのでご利用下さい。火事防止のため、完全にタバコの火を消して下さい。
タバコのポイ捨て禁止!!!
室内での喫煙が発覚した場合、損害賠償請求しますのでご注意下さい。


ごみの分別、捨て方
ごみの分別にご協力下さい。
4段のごみ箱は、上から可燃ごみ、2段目ペットボトル、3段目カン、一番下ビンの順に分別して下さい。
不燃ごみ、その他のごみは、他のごみ箱を使って頂くかごみ袋を別にして分別下さい。
ごみが多く袋がいっぱいになった場合、玄関出て左にごみ置き場がありますので、出して下さい。
ごみ袋の予備がキッチンのシンクの下にありますので
ごみ箱に取り付けてからお使い下さい。


ペット不可
当施設は、ペット不可です。ペット同伴はできません。ご遠慮下さい。

トイレ使用上の注意
便座に腰を掛けて使用して下さい。
詰まりの原因になりますので、トイレットペーパー以外流さない。
また、一度に大量のトイレットペーパーを流さないで下さい。

外出・就寝時の消灯、戸締まり
お出かけの際は、下記項目をご確認下さい。
・窓の戸締り
・水道(風呂・洗面台・キッチン・トイレ)水が止まっているか
・電気(エアコン・テレビ・IHコンロ・空気清浄機・照明) OFFになっているか
すべてご確認頂き、玄関のカギをかけてお出かけ下さい。
また、就寝の際は玄関の戸締り、水道が止まっているか、ご確認の上、消灯しておやすみ下さい。


備品の取り扱い(アメニティーを含む)
当施設内の備品及びアメニティー類は、お出かけ時を含め全て持ち出し禁止です。
備品及びアメニティー類のお持ち帰りも禁止しておりますのでご遠慮下さい。


ご契約者様以外の入室・宿泊禁止
当施設は、ご予約頂きましたお客様以外の入室・宿泊を禁止しております。


セキュリティーに関する事項
セキュリティーナンバーを同室ご利用者様以外に教えないで下さい。
貴重品は各自保管して頂き、紛失や盗難に関する責任は当施設では負いかねます。ご了承下さい。
お客様同士のプライバシーを尊重し、他のお客様との対面時の挨拶や最低限のマナーを心がけて下さい。


冷蔵庫のご利用について
お帰りの際、庫内の残り物はお持ち帰り頂くか、ごみとして処分し冷蔵庫内は空にして下さい。チェックアウト後清掃の際、残物がある場合当施設が処分致します処分した物及び、ゴミとして出された物に関する責任は、当施設では負えません。ご了承下さい。


掃除について
お客様が当施設をご利用の間、基本的に清掃員が入室する事はございません。(4連泊以上のシーツ交換時は除く)
次のお客様への配慮を忘れず、施設を清潔に保つよう心掛けて下さい。室内もポイ捨て禁止です。ごみはごみ箱へ入れて下さい。

【利用規則】
当施設は、全てのお客様に安全で快適なご利用いただくため、下記の規則を定めております。
この規則に違反した場合は、宿泊契約を解除させて頂くことがあります。

1．ご到着後直ちに客室に掲示してある避難経路図及び非常口をご確認下さい。
2．契約人数を超えての客室利用は、原則禁止とさせて頂きます。
申し出なく契約人数を超えての利用が発覚した場合は、その超過分をご請求致します。
3．当施設内での次に掲げる行為は固く禁止しております。
（1）火災を起こしやすい電化製品の使用
（2）部屋及び建物内の喫煙
（3）大声での会話、喧嘩、異臭を発する等第三者に迷惑を及ぼしたりする行為
（4）次に定める物品の持ち込み

as we are running a private accommodation in a residential area and we ask that you do not disturb the neighbours.

In order to prevent problems between guests using the premises, please observe the following points: - Do not run around, jump up and down.
Please take special care to avoid the following items during your stay : - Running around, jumping around, walking with a bang, loud conversations, fussing, parties and events are not permitted

Smoking is not permitted in the non-smoking rooms.
If you smoke, please use the ashtray on the left-hand side of the entrance. To prevent fires, please extinguish cigarettes completely.
No littering of cigarettes!
Please note that if you are found smoking inside the room, you will be liable for damages.

Separating and disposing of rub

In the four-tier bins, separate combustible waste from the top, plastic bottles from the second tier, cans from the third tier and bottles from the bottom.
For non-burnable and other rubbish, please use other bins or separate rubbish bags.
If you have a lot of rubbish and the bags are full, please take them out at the rubbish bins to the left of the entrance.
There are spare rubbish bags under the kitchen sink,
which you can attach to the bins before use.

Turning off lights and closing doors when going
out or going to bed
When going out, please check the following items.
