It is important to remember that vacational rental houses are not hotels so please do not expect a change of linens and towels or cleaning of the house every day. The cleaning service fee paid is to cover the house cleaning when the when the guests check-out.

House Rules

Only book our house if you fully understand and accept to respect our house rules. Breaking any of these ones will be a reason for cancelling your reservation without a refund.

Guest registration form - Visitors to Japan are required to filling out the form when they check in at lodging facilities in Japan. Fill out the registration Guest Form and sent it to us 2 days before your arrival.

Cleaning – Unlike a hotel, vacational rental houses are like your home away from home. Maid/cleaning service is not provided during your stay. Please treat the house and its contents with the same care as you do in your own home.

Absolutely no smokers - No smoking in the house, or around the property.

Extra Guest - No one allowed inside the house except reservation guests unless preview request and payment for the extra person.

Quiet after 9 PM- loud noises after 9 pm could cause issues with the neighbors.

Shoes – please do not wear shoes in the house. At the entrance you will find slippers. Wear slippers to walk around the house.

Cooking - we have a basic set up for light cooking. We will appreciate avoid to cook food with strong odor such a curry. The smell will be difficult to eliminate.

Lighting up – Please do not light up candles or incense in the house.

No dyeing - no use of hair, clothing or other dyes on the property.

Recycle – Please separate recyclables from trash. Instructions are provided.
